Alps Glitter is a sophisticated Granite quarried in the north of Italy. The vivid pattern of this stone is made up of black to brownish grey grains with random inclusions of white to cream swirls of Quartz. With the interplay of light the special brilliance of this stone appears as the many silvery flakes of mica bounce light off the surface. Being a Granite this stone is both acid resistant and scratch resistant making it a great choice for any surface, especially kitchen countertops. A relatively new granite from Angola. Uniform grains of small crystals, black and charcoal in colour which give off silver reflections at different angels of light. This stone takes a high polish and is of high range hardness and stain resistance. This current stock is available in a honed finish which adds an extra dimension to this stone by giving it a subtle sheen and smooth velvety feel. Suitable for counter tops, BBQ tops etc.

Deep chocolate and black grains, medium to large in size, with variable reflective qualities depending on the type. Sometimes with gold flakes, or without, sometimes with grey/white lines or without. This stone polishes to a very high gloss level. Highly scratch resistant and a very stain resistant stone.

An interesting and versatile granite from Brazil, light in colour, having large crystals of white, with smaller crystals of silver grey, as well as cream to sandy beige coloured grains, with black mica highlights. You can also find large gun metal grey quartz crystals that have a transparent appearance which is very interesting. This stone also features beautiful reflective silver mica flakes scattered subtly throughout the stone. Some tiny flecks of maroon can also be found. Patterns and shades vary a lot from block to block of this stone. Antique White has medium to high range hardness and stain resistance.
